What's your return policy? We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, returned full‑size cosmetics must generally be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. You are welcome to open and test complimentary trial samples, and this will not impact your return. Certain opened beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return.
